Where we deliver.
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international delivery. Contact us before ordering for US territories, military addresses, or a P.O. box so we can confirm carrier eligibility. Some lithium-battery products require ground transportation or an eligible carrier service. If no compliant service is available for your specific address and item, we will contact you before fulfillment and offer a full refund.
Processing and cutoff.
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment and any necessary order verification. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time begin processing the next business day. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Shipping prices.
Standard shipping costs $8.00 for orders under $70 and is free for orders of $70 or more, after discounts and before tax, to all 50 US states. Any optional shipping service and its cost are shown at checkout before payment. There are no undisclosed handling charges.
Carriers and estimated delivery.
We use USPS or UPS, depending on the product, destination, and available service. Standard transit normally takes 3 to 7 business days within the contiguous United States and 7 to 14 business days to Alaska or Hawaii after dispatch. Including processing, estimated delivery is 4 to 9 business days in the contiguous United States and 8 to 16 business days to Alaska or Hawaii. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier restrictions for batteries may affect available services.
Tracking and delays.
We send tracking information by email when your order ships. Allow up to two business days for the carrier's first scan. If we cannot ship within the promised processing period, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate, and explain your option to cancel for a full refund. We will obtain consent to a delay when required. Contact us if tracking stops updating, a package is missing, or an item arrives damaged.
Address changes and sales tax.
Contact us promptly to request an address change before dispatch. We cannot guarantee changes after shipment. Prices are in USD. Applicable US sales tax is calculated using the taxable items and delivery address and is shown at checkout before you pay.
