If something goes wrong.
Email info@baycameraco.com with your order number, model, serial number where available, and a description of the issue. Do not send sensitive account passwords. For an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, our Returns & Refunds policy explains the next steps.
Using your equipment.
Follow product instructions for waterproof depth, housings, lens protection, battery storage, and charging. For drones, review the included safety guidance and local flight requirements. Flight time, range, and recording performance depend on the model and operating conditions.
